Indian River Club Association Inc.

Located in Beautiful Rockledge Florida

We are a condominium community located on the west bank of the Indian River at the former sites of the Rockledge House and the Indian River Hotel, one mile south of FL–520. Our historic dock has welcomed many dignitaries, including President Warren G. Harding in 1924.

Our buildings were constructed in 1974. The "A" building—1025 Rockledge Drive—houses 65 units along with our office and four community rooms. The "B" building—1049 Rockledge Drive—houses 35 units. Each unit has assigned parking, most with covered carports. Each floor has laundry and storage units for its residents.

The common areas include a fitness center with state of the art equipment and a lending library; a lounge with a big screen TV, game tables, and a pool table; and two rooms and the pool house, each with the capacity for 42 guests, that can be reserved for parties. Our pool is usable year round. We have a marina with 10 slips for use by our residents, and a tennis court painted to allow both tennis and pickleball.

Our buildings are well maintained. Most years see significant work to maintain and enhance our landscaping. We reconstructed our walkways and balconies in 2017, repainted both buildings in 2018, and reroofed both buildings in 2022.

Our association is governed by an elected Board of Directors; many aspects of the community are overseen by volunteer committees. We have a very active Social Committee with several events every month. We have a wonderful volunteer spirit among our residents and their efforts have saved us countless dollars as well as strengthened the community.
